What does the Bible say about Salvation and Water Baptism?
Throughout the years there has been some posts and comments about salvation through water baptism. I have replied with this, which I think is of the greatest importance.
I would like to give you scriptures about salvation and that it is by faith alone.
First of all, it is necessary to clarify that water baptism, communion, baptism in The Holy Spirit and speaking in other tongues, all this is Biblical and it is important. But none of this brings salvation. However, your salvation will bring you to water baptism, communion and baptism in The Holy Spirit and speaking in other tongues. To take part in any of these, you must be born again, saved.
Now to scriptures about salvation. And when we go into the Scriptures, it is necessary to establish that there is only one way to salvation, not two or many. And if water baptism is necessary to be saved, many would have gone to hell because they did not have the opportunity to be baptized. Among them the thief who hung next to JESUS on Calvary. But no! JESUS said to him: "Today you will be with me to Paradise..."
JESUS is the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but by Him. He is the only way, the only truth and the only life. The cross is the place and JESUS is the answer.
Many others would also go to hell because they did not have the chance to be baptized. Murdered children, abortion. People who call on JESUS at the last moment, just like the thief who hung on the cross, who repented wholeheartedly.
This is what the word says!
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10 KJV
By faith alone!
"For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed." Romans 10:11 KJV

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16 KJV

That is why the thief, who hung on the cross next to JESUS, was saved. He believed and turned his heart to JESUS. He knew his position, that he was guilty and was without opportunities in himself. And JESUS showed him who He was, that He had taken his guilt upon Himself and could therefore forgive him and take him with Him to Paradise.
GOD'S grace and mercy reaches to the last second. Which means that the worst sinner, if before his last breath, he calls upon JESUS with his whole heart, will be saved.
By faith alone!
One of the greatest passages in the Bible that points to the fact that salvation is by faith is found in;
"And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert. And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship, was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet. Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. And Philip ran thither tohim, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter;
And like a lamb dumb before his shearer, So opened he not his mouth: In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: And who shall declare his generation? For his life is taken from the earth. And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man? Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See,here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." Acts 8:26-37 KJV
This passage shows that the Ethiopian, when the scripture was opened to him, believed. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of GOD. The Ethiopian believed it and was saved. And because he was saved, born again, he said to Philip: “…here is water; what prevents me from being baptized?” It happened after he was born again. Now there was no obstacle for him to be water baptized, which Philip confirmed before baptizing him: "If you believe with all your heart, it can happen." He answered, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."
By faith alone!
I have preached for years and when it comes to salvation I have always said, "There is no salvation in water baptism, but there is water baptism in your salvation!"
By faith alone!
All other things, actions, are reactions to salvation. All works come as a result of salvation, being born again, a new creation in CHRIST JESUS.
Because JESUS now lives in me, I want to be water baptized, I want to take communion, I want to be baptized with The Holy Spirit where I speak in other tongues, I want fellowship, I want...
Without faith you cannot please GOD. Hebrews chapter 11 verse 6 makes this clear. No works, no actions, no baptism in water, no... "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." Hebrews 11:6 KJV
By faith alone!

Bare på grunn av Jesu blod, så kan vi stå trygg og rotfestet. Vi er på vei til himlens land. Bare i Jesu blod har vi fred. Bare i Jesu blod kan vi tre frem for Faderens trone. Med frimodighet tre frem fordi vi er skjult i Jesu blod som ble ytgytt på Golgata kors. Det er bare korsveien som fører hjem!

Kom inn i mitt hjerte og helbred meg og la meg bli din og du min. Min frelser og gjenløser, jeg elsker deg og jeg tar imot deg som min, mitt alt. Skinn i mitt hjerte og lær meg din vei dag for dag slik at jeg når himmelens land og kan tilbringe evigheten med deg. Takk Jesus!"
Ved å virkelig tro og si/ gjøre dette, så har du blitt født på nytt!
Guds ord sier klart og tydelig at dersom du tror i ditt hjerte og bekjenner med din munn, så skal du bli frelst!
Rom. 10:9-10
9 For dersom du med din munn bekjenner at Jesus er Herre, og i ditt hjerte tror at Gud reiste ham opp fra de døde, da skal du bli frelst. 10 Med hjertet tror en til rettferdighet, og med munnen bekjenner en til frelse.

Because of the blood of Jesus, we stand secure and steadfast. We are on our way to heaven. Only in the blood of Jesus we have peace. Only in the blood of Jesus, we can come before the throne of our Father. Boldly come before Him because we are covered in the blood of Jesus, which was shed on the cross at Golgata. If you havent taken part in this yet, then we would like to hand you this greeting.; "You can also be a part of this today, at this moment by accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and redeemer. You can flee Hell and gain Heaven."

Kneel down and bow your heart and simply speak these words, which is going to have everlasting meaning: " Jesus, I come to you as I am. Forgive me my sins and clens me in your precious blood. Come in to my heart and heal me and let me be yours and you mine. My Savior and Redeemer, I love you and I accept You as mine, my everything. Shine in my heart and teach me your way day by day so that I can reach the heavenly land, and spend eternity with You. Thank You Jesus!"
By really believing and saying/ doing this, then you are born again!
The word of God crystal clear says that if you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth, then you will be saved!

Ce n'est qu'à cause du sang de Jésus que nous pouvons rester en sécurité et enracinés. Nous sommes en route vers le pays des cieux. Ce n'est que dans le sang de Jésus que nous avons la paix. Ce n'est que dans le sang de Jésus que nous pouvons venir devant le trône du Père. Avancez avec audace car nous sommes cachés dans le sang de Jésus qui a été versé sur la croix du Calvaire. Seul le carrefour mène à la maison !
Si vous ne faites pas partie de cela, nous donnons par la présente cette salutation; "Vous aussi pouvez partager cela aujourd'hui, en ce moment en acceptant Jésus-Christ comme votre sauveur et rédempteur personnel. Vous pouvez échapper à l'enfer et gagner le paradis."
S'il te plaît! Agenouillez-vous et inclinez votre cœur et dites simplement ces mots au sens éternel : « Jésus, je viens à toi tel que je suis. Pardonne-moi mes péchés et purifie-moi dans ton sang précieux. Viens dans mon cœur et guéris-moi et laisse-moi être à toi. et toi à moi. Mon sauveur et rédempteur, je t'aime et je t'accepte comme mien, mon tout. Brille dans mon cœur et enseigne-moi ton chemin jour après jour afin que je puisse atteindre la terre des cieux et passer l'éternité avec toi. Merci toi Jésus !"
En croyant vraiment et en disant/faisant cela, vous êtes né de nouveau!
La parole de Dieu déclare clairement que si vous croyez dans votre cœur et confessez de votre bouche, vous serez sauvé !
Romains 10:9-10
9 Si tu confesses de ta bouche le Seigneur Jésus, et si tu crois dans ton coeur que Dieu l'a ressuscité des morts, tu seras sauvé. 10 Car
c´est en confessant de la bouche qu´on parvient au salut, selon ce que di l´Écriture.
